I was a CEO for 10 years and am now an executive coach. My target market is CEOs, C-Suite executives, and aspiring C-suite executives, especially women and underrepresented leaders.

My goal is to help my clients drive change and transform their organizations by building high performing teams, creating a trusting culture, bringing wellbeing practices into their work and life, and developing a supportive board. I have a special focus on interpersonal communications and businesses/organizations that have difficult operational and strategic challenges.
