I have enjoyed a long and successful career as an engineer and business leader in areas as diverse as Telecommunications/ Data Networks, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Electric Power Distribution. In addition to my training and CTA certification as a Life Coach, I hold a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering and an Executive M.B.A.

I’ve learned many lessons about working through job issues as well as setting goals, planning, and navigating towards my career objectives. Some of those lessons were learned the hard way, and now I can look back at them as wonderful experiences and opportunities to learn. I came to the realization that having a co-creative coach in my corner who could share their learning and acquired wisdom could have made my journey so much smoother. That’s why I founded Back on Track Career Coaching.

Now, as a coach, I truly enjoy helping technology professionals in several ways: increasing their job satisfaction and effectiveness, re-setting their goals, accelerating their career journey, and achieving a better life balance in keeping with their personal values and priorities.
