I am Colombian, 59, married to Beatriz for 23 years, with two great children, Alejandro (21, studying Civil Engineering in Bogotá) and Mariana (18, pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance at Rutgers).
After having worked for big multinationals (Union Carbide, Ralston Purina, Henkel) for 32 years, I began my independent practice of mentoring 3 years ago, which I have found very rewarding in several ways.
I do organizational mentoring, defined as helping the top management team find more effective and efficient behaviours that lead to better sustainable results.
I believe I am an expert in company and brand strategy, evaluation of strategy vs execution, effective application of corporate strategy, general management, direction and operation of businesses in the LatAm region.
