Although I have been coaching for almost 8 years I recently completed my CTA coaching certification in March 2020. I focus on coaching professionals supporting them in career transitions, professional advancement, excelling and adjusting in the workplace. I enjoy helping professionals navigate workplace culture to get their seat at the table. I also speak on various topics, conduct workshops, and have done a TEDx talk entitled, “Take This Job And Shove It”.
