I’m Viran Pandya, and I created The Gaijin Smash when I took a year off from consulting to go on paternity leave.
I help high-achieving, ambitious professionals tackle Japan’s unique challenges to unlock a thriving lifestyle.
It can be tough for international high achievers to feel a sense of belonging in Japan, so I work with them to enhance their social lives, navigate Japanese corporate culture to find a great job and get promoted quickly, or even start a successful business which fulfils their sense of purpose.
