Jaime A. Ballew

I have been an adult educator in the healthcare field for about 10 years as an instructor with Helping Hand Health Education. As an instructor for the American Heart Association in the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Division, I have been teaching the AHA Basic Life Support classes in San Luis Obispo County, working with Cuesta Community College, Central Coast School for Continuing Education, San Luis Ambulance Service, Cal Fire, city fire departments and many more agencies and companies throughout the State. Always having an interest in the healthcare field I help women discover their wellness goals and become successful at reaching those goals. Focusing a majority of coaching on prevention, I encourage women to take an active role in their own healthcare.
