I am a retired Health Care Manager and a recent transplant to Colorado from Washington State. As a relationship coach specializing in infidelity and marriage crisis recovery, I work with couples and individuals whether working to end or mend their relationship. I am also trained in Reiki.

My own personal infidelity journey from victim to victor and from tragedy to triumph was a rollercoaster ride full of emotional twists and turns and highs and low. After countless hours of soul searching, internal reflection, and research, I realized there really was Life After the Affair.

Today I am an even stronger more confident person because of the life I was gifted to live. I am rooted in authenticity, humanity, and forgiveness and look forward to the gift of each day. I have chosen to use the lessons I have learned on my healing journey to aid those who are traveling theirs through writing, coaching, and public speaking. I am the creator of www.lifeaftertheaffair.com and 4 virtual Support Groups in addition to my coaching practice.
