Curtis Curry

President of Quality Learning International (QLI), Curtis D. Curry, PhD, MBA specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational and human performance improvement. He coaches leaders in both Spanish and English, and also speaks French and Portuguese. He is especially skilled in working with leaders to understand and build their capabilities in the areas of emotional intelligence, organizational dynamics, change leadership, conflict management, and leading across cultures.

Curtis enjoys working with leaders at a variety of management levels from early career high potentials to C-level, helping them navigate the challenges of their professional life. Curtis’ coaching approach is customized to each individual and is grounded in his 20 year background working in human performance improvement, training, and serving in a variety of leadership roles. He brings valuable lessons from his consulting and training experience working with more than 40,000 leaders at organizations such as Harris, Honeywell Aerospace, Ricoh, and Peabody Energy. He served as director of training, Center for Business & Industry, Miami-Dade College; director, World Trade Institute of the Americas; and director, Entrena Honduras/Nicaragua before founding QLI. Curtis is a CTA Certified Coach, a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and was a founding member of the International Association of Coaches.
