Shikina Tellis is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and military veteran dedicated to empowering professional women. Leveraging my military background, I am committed to empowering ambitious women to reach new heights. I focus on helping clients unlock their capabilities, build financial empowerment, grow their careers, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.

I also specialize in relationship coaching for premarital and married couples, utilizing the Prepare/Enrich assessment to help couples identify strengths, address growth areas, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
