Alfred Long

I was born in Chicago, Illinois and presently live in St. Louis, MO. I’ve lived in St. Louis for 38 years. I’ve worn many hats in my lifetime. I’ve worked as a Child Care Worker, Auto Worker, Taxi Cab Driver and presently work as a Performance Development Coach for AT&T. As Performance Development Coach I consult with Managers at all levels to coach behaviors that generate results in Customer Service and Revenue. I am a Minister and have been involved in Prison Ministry for the past 36 years. I also volunteer in the grade schools as a mentor to fifth grade boys. I started a non-profit called Jacob’s Ladder Ministries where we minister in the local correctional facilities and give reentry referrals to help bridge the gap between jail and society. Thanks,
