“What do I want to be when I grow up?” Connie Challingsworth, certified life coach and founder of Positive Life Decisions, Allentown, PA, has given this question a new twist. Through one-on-one coaching, group coaching and workshops, she helps people at midlife answer the question, “What do I want to do for the rest of my life?”
As a life coach, Challingsworth helps people discover who they are as they revitalize dreams and discover passions, and design a plan to move toward the life they truly want to live. Clients include individuals who are nearing retirement as well as those who have already retired. Positive Life Decisions also offers non-financial retirement planning programs as a corporate benefit for companies that wish to support their employees who are 50 years old or older as they transition to the next phase of their life.

She also is a Too Young to Retire Certified Facilitator through Too Young to Retire. Challingsworth holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA. She has more than 30 years of experience in business, many of which were spent in the pharmaceutical industry.
