My coaching focuses on all things career – including entrepreneurship, sustained performance excellence, and legacy planning. As an artist entrepreneur (www.jessicaleejazz.com) and social entrepreneur (co-founder of nonprofit America’s Arts & Music Crossroads Center), I have material experience in matters of start-up, leadership, career decisions for continued growth, mediation, wellness and performance, nonprofit matters, philanthropy and social ventures, and legacy planning. I have a J.D. from Duke University School of Law (Durham, N.C.) and am a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach who believes in the power of coaching to assist with strategic life planning to realize each person’s full potential and career goals.
