I’ve been an independent business owner for ten years and am excited to add coaching to my practice. This is my passion and I am excited to be here. Prior to that I spent 23 years in corporate America, in training and organizational development. I reside with my family in Northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C. I enjoy yoga, zumba and reading.
