The founder of Crossroads Coaching at Zingo Education and Training, Judy Palmore, serves as the lead coach. Judy has been coaching since 2007 and CTA certified since 2023.
Judy has over 20 years of experience in international and domestic instructional design, leadership and communication skill-building and facilitation, and professional coaching. In her coaching capacity, Judy has worked with women around the world who are faced with employment transitions, helping these coaching clients create goals and identify steps and resources to achieve their plan.
As an instructional designer, Judy has developed and delivered hundreds of training modules on a diverse range of topics, such as leadership styles, community engagement, health promotion, mentoring, and life skills.
