I coach leaders, teams and individuals in transformation to boldly make the change they desire. As an executive coach I partner with female leaders in transition, to feel heard and to see and accept themselves for who they are, while helping them achieve the change they desire. As a career coach, I support individuals explore career pivots and find courage within to build the career they want. As a systemic team coach, I partner with leadership teams to become high performing teams that achieve business results.


I draw on my background as a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach, a Certified System team Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches and Practitioner experience in Neurolinguistic Programming with Wholehearted NLP. I also bring more than a decade of expertise as a learning and development and talent leader across tech scale ups, fin-tech and professional services.

My curiosity for people and love for adventure has led me to live on four continents in diverse roles. Those experiences along with motherhood have taught me about the equally incredible and uncomfortable aspects of change, and this is why I now coach people through transitions.
